Dr. Kenyon has lived in Broomfield with his family for over 15 years. His favorite activities include enjoying nature, especially skiing expert mogul runs, improving his snowboarding skills and backpacking Colorado Mountains. He introduced these activities to his kids early on, much as his parents did with him. While growing up in Colorado he enjoyed participating in athletics, most of all sports in the great Colorado outdoors.
Community involvement & helping people is very important to Dr. Kenyon. He has served on the Broomfield City Council, Board of Health, Park & Recreation Committee, Open Space & Trails Committee, and numerous other volunteer boards & committees. Dr. Kenyon has also provided care to various professional athletes such as the Rocky Mountain Rage hockey team, Colorado 14ers Basketball team, golfers, football players and many others.
Education
Dr. Kenyon graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff with a BS-Exercise Science where he coached strength and conditioning. He also graduated from Colorado University with an MBA-Entrepreneurship. Furthermore, he graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1998, completed an internship in Lakewood, CO and opened the state-of-the-art FIT Chiropractic Center in 2000.
Healthcare Philosophy
Dr. Kenyon’s father Gary introduced chiropractic to him at an early age. Gary’s only relief from an old Army injury, which produced excruciating headaches and back pain, was Chiropractic treatment that included nutrition and exercise. In addition, his mother Kathy, a nurse, encouraged him to pursue a career in healthcare not limited to medication. As a result, this early introduction to Chiropractic helped form the foundation for Dr. Kenyon’s Chiropractic philosophy: “Help the patient obtain physical fitness for life through Chiropractic with a well-rounded integrative approach including education.”
Most of all, Dr. Kenyon wants you to experience the same relief from pain that his father did and provide a lifetime of wellness that he gives his family.
