Medical Insurance and Payment Info

Payment is typically expected at the time of service and is ultimately the patient’s responsibility. Your insurance plan may dictate your payment arrangements. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, CareCredit, credit card, HSA card, Flex spending card, and auto MedPay. Customized payment plans are available to help you meet your health care needs.

Our office may accept your insurance. Your individual policy determines what benefits your insurance will cover in our clinic. You may want to verify your insurance benefits by using the contact links provided. We will work with you to optimize your payment arrangements.

Insurance may cover Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage or Nutrition. Acupuncture is typically $85 for the 1st visit & $75 for follow-up visits. Massage is $72 for your 1st visit & therapist dependent for subsequent visits. Hydrostatic body fat testing is $49 for the first session & $85 for 2-packs. Nutrition begins with a $50 consultation.

The lowest Chiropractic fees are typically DDP. First visits average $100-150. Subsequent visits $50-90. Solo dry needling area treatment $65. No billing is allowed with DDP.

Other insurance companies and discount plans may cover care in our clinic, please contact your carrier or email your card to info@BroomfieldWellness.com along with your DOB for verification. If you don’t see our clinic or your provider’s name on your insurance carrier’s web site it does not necessarily mean that you do not have coverage in our clinic, it could mean that your insurance plan uses an intermediary network. We are not contracted with intermediary networks but can accept out-of-network benefits. We do not accept intermediary networks due to their extremely low reimbursement rate.
